I ran across this yesterday. It is a sermon by John Bunyan (a Puritan most widely known because of The Pilgrim's Progress) entitled "Christian Behavior of The Head of the Family, Husbands, Wives, Parents, and Children"
You can read the entire work here. This is very challenging and convicting and certainly worth the read.
