Claire: Mommy, can I marry you?? I'll give you 2 more rings??
Me: No Claire, you have to marry a boy.
Claire thinking...I'm holding Jack
Claire: Well can I marry that one you're holding?

Just an Update

Rick went out of town last week (Sun night-Fri night) to San Jose, CA (Silicon Valley) for some training. He is now a ScrumMaster. You'll just have to google that one. This is the first trip he's taken in the 7 years he has been with his company. He got to see San Fransisco and the Pacific Ocean. I am very thankful that he doesn't have to travel. We did pretty good here but missed him a ton and were more than excited to see him!

Coco (Jack) is 11 weeks old today! The other children love him and I have a lot of helpers!!! He is sleeping between 10 and 10.5 hours straight at night which makes for a happy baby and a happy momma. I'm thinking he'll be up to 12 hours this week or next.

Claire is our budding artist. Here is a picture she drew for me this morning. It's a rabbit under a rock; can't you tell?

We went to T-town last week to visit my baby sister Emma. I'll post some pictures from that trip soon. We had a great time!

Kate was excited because, "THESE ARE GROWN UP SNOWFLAKES, NOT BABY ONES"!!!!

Girls always like to pose for pictures, boys do not. Here is the proof:

This is Kate with her 3 snowmen. They all have pine cones for noses and sticks for eyes. At this point, I REALLY need Rick to come home. He's the "snow parent." I'd rather be inside making hot chocolate.

Then Boo and Papaw came to the rescue with the nice sled:

Then the snow parent came home and built the BIGGEST snowman I've ever seen. This guy was over 6 feet tall. He was more of the Abominable type than the Frosty type. Did you notice that I said was? Mere moments after this picture was taken, the snowman met his demise and crashed to the ground. Oh well, at least I got proof.

My day started with this:

And ended with this:

Thank you Lord because I needed it today.

For Emma

I promised Emma I'd make a new post everyday this week. I forgot so she had to remind me. Sorry Emma and thanks!

Here are some updates. This little guy is 2 months old. He was 12 lb 3 oz when I took him to the doctor yesterday. I don't know what that means but people always ask how much he weighs so there it is. At what point do people stop wanting to know your weight? No one asks me how much I weigh. Speaking of that, I still have 10 lbs to lose. I don't know if it's the 4th baby or the fact that I'm 30.

Can someone please buy this boy some BROWN cowboy boots? These pink ones have got to go!
Oh, and maybe a clean shirt too.
That's all I've got tonight Emma. It's been a very long day. I'll try better tomorrow! Love you!
